How Can Kidney Stone Be Treated?

I have 5mm calculus at superior calyx
And 4 mm calculus at middle calyx in left kidney.
Right kidney 4mm calculus at middle calyx is noted.
Urinary bladder : 5mm calculus is seen at UV area.
What should i do now , its paining a lot ?
Please suggest me some thing

Thanks for contacting with your health concern

1. as there is the presence of multiple stones thus I would recommend you to consult a Urologist for hydrotherapy and K.U.B. x-ray and later for stone removal [Lithotripsy/Cystolithoplaxy], since he has to take into account your Age, associated risk factors [like weight, diet, any concurrent urinary tract infection, till then:

- take plenty of pre-boiled water and fluids. [at least 2 litre/day]
- Avoid sodium intake, black gram, tomato, turnip, constipating/heavy food, lack of physical exercise, milk and milk products, alkali, alcohol, tea, potato, onion, raisins, dates, sour, cashew nuts, animal protein, calcium supplements.

PS. Since it is a Surgical Issue thus opinion of General Surgeon is a must, also for prescription medicines to help relieve pain.
