Hello I have a nephew who has recently started lithiasis stone events times 3 in as many months. I ve advanced the concept of increasing fluid intake / not concentrated or brewed types I ve also advanced the idea to this millennial to try to get a sample so an analysis can be made to advise him of some modifications that he could change in his diet etc. to maybe head this occurrence(s) iin the future

To prevent renal stones you need to take lot of water and other fluids to prevent dehydration which is most common cause of stones.Also reduce intake red meat ,high fat and processed food.Eat lot of vitamin and mineral especially calcium.Also lowering protein intake will prevent stone formation.
