How Can Knee Balance Be Restored After An Injury?

I injured my knee 4 years ago.. I ve had 2 acl repairs, one laser shrinkage, one plc repair and a lateral retinaculm release... my knee is still very unstable and looks to be rotating. Lachman s test negative and reverse pivot appeas negative yet when standing it moves and gives way a lot... sutgeons are stumped and can t see anything wring on mri but admit it moves dramatically when I show them what is happening when I walk.... any ideas???
