General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your symptoms might be due to "Joint sprain" or ligament injury, bursitis etc. I advice you to take:
- Analgesics ( Ibuprofen, paracetamol) twice & tab. Seropeptidase thrice daily
- Thrombophob gel for local application
- Bed rest & don't overstrain the affected area
- Ice pack to get relieved of pain & swelling
- compression strapping with crepe bandage
- Elevate the foot end of left leg.
- Check X-ray of knee joint to rule out ligament tear of any.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Get well soon.

Regards,
Dr. Yogapriya V, General and family physician.
