I slipped & fell during a show a few months ago and hurt my right knee but thought nothing off it so I danced on it for the rest of the show, it still hurts sometimes now, like if I’m running or something it gets sore, It’s not Major but I would like to know if something is wrong

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You should give your knee some rest. You could use a knee brace temporarily. Cold compress twice a day and if the pain is unbearable, you could take a Diclofenac with Serratiopeptidase drug.

If the pain persists over two weeks, you should get it checked out with your orthopedician for a ligament tear. It seems unlikely as you are having mild soreness occasionally.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pranav Balakrishnan
