hi Debjkhnklee,
Congratulations on the second baby.! Thank you for consulting with health care magic , i understand your problem.
To gain around 10-12 kgs while you are pregnant is considered normal. You say its your second delivery, if it was a normal delivery shedding the extra Kgs wont be an uphill task. But , if it was a C-section you need to be a little gradual in taking up measures to lose weight.
Since you are lactating , i wouldn't advice you to go on a strict diet cause the baby needs a lot of nutrients from the milk and your diet should actually have 500-600 kcal more than your requirement.
If you are not finding time to exercise then i suggest you to reduce consuming high calorie foods and junk. drink lots of water, increase your protien intake, with fruits, milk and vegetables. Do consult your dietician for a menu which suits your needs.
And most importantly you need to keep in mind that
breastfeeding mothers tend to lose weight sooner than the ones who dont.
hope this helped , once you stop breastfeeding then you can go back to a 1500 cal diet with light exercise when possible.
Wish you good health .
