Hi,

Since when you're suffering from this condition? You may be suffering from lichen simplex chronicus. It is a chronic conditions needed treatment for long duration. Tropical and intralesional corticosteroid may useful.

You have to avoid risk factors that aggravate it like stress, alcohol or sun exposure or food or drug allergy, etc. Also get treated for Sjogren's syndrome. If symptoms not improved please consult your dermatologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
