Thank you for your question

I am sorry that you are not feeling well

In my opinion your symptoms sound consistent with a concussion

A concussion is a brain bruise that can cause nausea, vomiting, lightheartedness, dizziness, foggy thinking, etc

The best treatment is brain rest, meaning lots of sleep, no loud noises or sounds

Symptoms usually last days but can go on for weeks to months

If you have vomiting, are not acting correctly, then I would go to the ER to been seen because this can be signs of bleeding in your head

If you don't have the above I would still followup with a doctor for followup

Hope you feel better,
Dr Dupy
