Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your diagnosis is cirrhosis. Clinical history should be taken regarding leg edema, abdomen swelling etc. If portal hypertension present, then beta blocker can be prescribed. For swelling a diuretic drug can be prescribed.

For portal hypertension, TIPS (transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt) operation is also beneficial. Take the low-fat diet and maintain sugar within the limit. Avoid the habit of drinking alcohol. Consult gastroenterologist for examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
