How Can Liver Detoxification Done?
Can you buy a detox for your liver from the health food store. My brother is on Lactlose for his liver and not doing good. We cannot donate part of a liver because the doctor says he needs a whole liver. I know he had a life of alcohol and drugs, but when he stopped a few months after his liver was real bad.

I am sorry for the liver cirrhosis problems your brother is facing.
Liver detox I think won't help much as it will put a bit stress to his liver. Silimarin can help though.
Better follow his doctor advice.
