How Can Locked Fingers Be Treated?
my fingers get stuck in the bent position to where you have to use your other hand to straighten them out? This started about 3 days ago and was very painful. it takes about 3 ahrs befor i can straighten and use my hand, the fingers are still getting stuck. I am wondering if it may be arthritis starting in my hands, or the kinds of foods i,am eating ?

i understand your situation.to patients with similar complain i advise an analgesic,anti inflammatory like diclofenac +paracetamol if it is pain ful.
rest we should get a serum calcium for deficiency and RA factor done to rule out arthritis.
More over are we having any family history of the same?
