How Can Loose Motion Almost Like Diarrhea Be Treated?

Hi, I'm a 24 year old male, and have an normal lifestlye. I work 12 hours a day 6 days a week which has become normal over the years. For the past few weeks my poo is very runny. I poo at least once a day in the morning, but is very very runny, and it builds up a lot of pressure almost like dihoreea. Can sumone please advise me. Thank you

I really appreciate your concern and let me tell you that most of the diarrhea are self limiting only hydration is matter at the most you can have Lactobacillus containing medicine, either in capsule from or in the sachet three times in day would be enough, no need to worry about this, take care.
