Hello,
As due to low blood pressure there will be a kind of
tiredness but not the
fatigue. Fatigue is a different thing when compared to tiredness. Having a recheck of the blood pressure and blood sugar levels is advised.
If any need for adding or changing the medicine should be taken guidance from the physician.
In most low blood pressure cases, there is always and advice to undergo an exercise prescription which helps them to alleviate the blood pressure and have a normal muscle endurance.
Usually, medicines are symptomatic and need an active effort to correct the physiology.
In my clinical practice of over 12 years, most cases reported with low blood pressure are advised to undergo
cardiac rehabilitation program which includes various forms of exercises and they are able to manage their blood pressure along the side of the medications.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
