How Can Low Blood Pressure Levels And Blurred Vision Be Treated?

I m having too many frequent low blood pressure drops with most of the symptoms. I already seen my Physician but they are happening more often. I hardly eat and when I do is even less than what the body needs to consume and this due to a medication to treat depression. I would like to know what can I do to help myself get better, symptoms are increasing day by day. Yesterday I started with one additional, blurred vision. Now they are starting to worry me.

must eat proper food. should take high protein diet. take normal diet and lead a active life with physical activity morning walk for one hour. take fresh fruits and maintain hydration.
