How Can Low Hemoglobin Levels Be Treated?

I m experiencing a persistent lowering of hemogl0bin levels. In the last4months they have become so low That I have been Hospitalized. They have run upper and lower GI and the last time gave me Thre transfusions and three dosages of iron infusions. Any thoughts as to Cause?

I have gone through your query. If you send complete blood profile picture and peripheral smear and response to drugs you take then it will be more helpful. A consultation with hematologist is well appreciated. You may need to do a bone marrow biopsy also.
