How Can Low Hemoglobin Levels During Pregnancy Be Treated?

Hello doctor, I have a hb measure of 8.2 during 35th week of my pregnancy. I am taking iton supplements & syrup as directed by doctor still it is going down day by day. Kindly suggest reasons & possible measures for speedy recovery. Is there a reason to worry or this happens normally during pregnancy?
