How Can Low Libido Be Treated?

I am having trouble with my sexual life and was looking for some advise or help in this matter. The matter being that my partner and I are facing a situation where I come much too soon during a sexual intercourse, this being on average from 5-15 minutes. I am not sure wether the fact that I was hit by a ball in my genitals when I was a child, may have started this, however I was assured by the doctor then that it was not going to affect me sexually). Please advise me as to what or where I should seek help. Thank you

hello welcome to healthcaremagic
your doctor is right. your not lasting long is not related to ball hittinh your genitals.
this condition you have is impotence. it can be psychiatric or organic. organic cause are diabetes or hypertension.
get your random blood sugar and hba1c done.
also get your BP check up.

i would also like you to have a psychiatric evaluation.
an SSRI would help you here for some time. but you need a prescription from doctor for this drug.

for time being try using squeeze technique or on off technique.

i hope this helps
i case of any further queries/concerns feel free to revert back
thank you.
