How Can Low Potassium Levels And Fatigue Be Treated?
My wife was hospitalized for 3 days with very low Potassium about 2.4 with extreme weakness. She is slowly feeling stronger, being treated with very little potassium but mostly with Phospha 250 Neutral. I am a retired MD and do not understand the regimen. Thanks for any insight. Kindly start her on potassium reach diet which is like coconut water, banana, and etcetera. If still is not increase, run the tests to find out the cause of hypokalemia and do the treatment accordingly.
