How Can Low Sperm Count Be Treated?

Sir i am Rizwan from Pakistan. I have a low sperm count that is 21 million and motality is 38%. Doctor say its ok. No issue in it. But i search from net that miminmum count should be 50%. So plz sugest some medicines so that my this problem may solve.

Thanks for asking. I undrstand your concrn.
21% sperms present in sample are considered to be sufficient for fertility.... the motility of 38%is somewhat on lesser side.
In case you want medicines to improve both...a through investigation for hormonal assessment (influensing production of sperms) & excluding /diagnosing obstruction in conducting path of carrying the sperms for ejaculation (possibly inguinal hernia or vericosities)
Knowing exact cause is essential for specifuc treatment &satisfactory results.
