Some of the possible causes can be:
-fibroids,
-irritable bowel syndrome,
-pelvic congestion syndrome,
-urinary tract infections,
-appendicitis

I suggest you to do :
-a complete blood count
-a ultrasound
-a urinalysis to confirm the cause.
