How Can Lower Back Pain Be Treated?

My lower back hurts slightly when i stand and some times when i sit. When i sit down and stand up i sometimes, but not always feel a bone move in my lower back. It feels/sounds like a pop. It is not a crack. It does not hurt when it pops in and out when i kick my right leg out, but when i stand and it some time pops it does hurt. It does not happen when i kick my left leg. I have this problem for a few weeks now. I have no problems at all when i lay down to go to sleep. No other part of my body hurts just my lower back. Whats wrong with me?

-dear friend, no need to worry. your low back pain seems muscular pain.you can take muscle relaxant medicine like combination of aceclofenac+paracetamol+chlorzoxazon if only severe pain is there.if low back pain is of long duration physiotherapy and exercise will help you a lot.
-exercise for low back pain- raise your leg sraight from hip joint without bending from knee after sleeping on back and then put down slowly. same exercise for another leg and then raise both leg simultaneously. sleep on abdomen and raise your head and chest backward. do all these exercise 40-50 times per day by increasing slowly everyday.
-supplement medicine which help to make strong your muscles and nerves like combination with methylcobalamine should be taken.
