Hi i am from nepal and i have a limphetic filaria according to doctor? I want to take proper care of my foot so that it did not swell in awkward way? how could i do it?

take DEC diethyl carbamazin tablet with consultation of doctor.
Use elastic stockings in day time.
Sleep with foot end raised.
Learn some lymphatic massage techniques and do the massage everyday.
Surgery can also be option for filariasis.
Consult a good dr who will tell you treatment.
