Hi ,my name is Jeanette. I m lactose intolerant, on a resticted fluid intake(2 liters a day at the most) lopw residue, low carb, (I m not diabetic) diabetic diet, and have seen a dietician,. I am facing a procedure, in October 2017, to remove an infected mesh, on anti-biotics. my surgeon ordered me to lose 30, more pounds so as to pull my abdomen closed easier( current weight is 191lbs. height 5 9 ) i m taking multi vitamins, as well as all of my other prescribed meds., so... how to avoid mal nutrition?
