How Can Metatarsalgia Be Treated?

I had bilateral bunion surgery 18mths ago. I developed metatarsalgia about 6mths later. I have been using othotics & having laser /acupuncture for the last 3 mths with some relief. My feet although warm to touch feel very cold. Can you advise. Thankyou
