Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, you may need long time prophylaxis for migraines like with beta blockers or sodium valproate. In acute attacks drugs like Triptans can be helpful. During acute attack acetaminophen can be used in combination to a Triptan medicine. Avoid triggers like restlessness or too much screens exposure or other environmental stress.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
