General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
Lexapro is used to treat anxiety in adults. It may also be used to treat major depressive disorder in adults and adolescents who are at least 12 years old.If symtomps persist on this drug, you may just need a dose dose adjustment than just conclude they are not the right ones.I will suggest you see your Psychiatrist for evaluation.
Hope this will help
Wish you good health
