How Can Mouth Ulcers Be Treated?

I am suffering continuous and big mouth ulcers on tongue and throat as well.they are very painful. Even i cant eat food easily it is very tough to eat anything. I am using orasore gel this tube reduce pain but after 30 min pain start again. The whole day go very painfully.i am very worried.2 weeks have passed and still no improvement in ulcers and new ulcers germinate. Plz tell me some suggestions where can i go for treatment and what can i do

Hi,
Thanks for the qurery. I understand your concern.
Mouth ulcers could be due to-
- Bad oral hygiene/gastro intestinal upsets ,infection,infestation,food allergies orantibiotics taken for any cause....... all of these leading to destruction of normal intstinnal flora... so other harmful bacteris can easily establish in body to cause any digestive tract problem (here tongue sulcers)
- Grind &broken teeth can cause injury to tongue..which got infected with bacteria
*You need to get throyghly examined by gastroenterologist/Dentist & investigated to pin point the cause followed by specific treatment.
*Till then.. you can take tablet of folic acid,take a dose of purgative for clearing bowel movements&apply Tess ointment to the ulcers.
