I Have Had Relapse remitting MS For Over 35 Years And Was Diagnosed At The Age Of 25. I m Currently Taking Tecfidera For Alittle Over 2 Years And An Doing Well With It!! I ve Been Going To The Gym For About 17 Consecitive Years But Sometimes Get Worried That Exercising For One Hour And A Half 2-3 Times A Week Is Maybe Too Much What s Your Opinion and What Is Your Outlook Regarding My MS?.

If you can do exercise fir one and half hours then this is excellent.
There is no cut off time duration for exercise in MS (myesthenia gravis). In fact it is recommended to do regular exercise in MS for generalized well being. And continue your Tecfidera. It is latest in treatment of MS. It shows good response in long term use. So prognosis with Tecfidera is excellent.
