How Can Muscle Loss Be Prevented?

Losing muscle tissue very fast and. Not on a diet, what could be causing this? I drink a?Of of water but pass it right out, up three times must last night going, I do have Suger type two, eating carbs does this do it to the body? I mean losing this muscle fast, starting today now, can you give me some I info.

Hi..

Thanks for contacting HCM..

You are a type 2 diabetic with loss of muscle tissue.

Let me explain ,the reason could be two,

(1) uncontrolled diabetes itself can cause a problem like because fatty tissue between the muscle fibres being burnt out for energy instead of sugar utilisation (your statement that you are drinking more water and passing more urine --features of uncontrolled diabetes).

(2) diabetic amyotrophy which can occur with diabetic especially thigh and arm muscles weakens out.

You need to go in person to a doctor and get your sugar level checked and control it first..
Then on the advice of him or her take protein supplementation.
