Hi, this is saurabh 26 years.. While doing gym yesterday, i sprained my neck. It is paining severly since yesterday evening. I have taken Enzoflam n applied Volini. Please advice i need to be up and running asap. Thanks.

Hi Saurabh,
Welcome to HCM. Usually if there is a trainer in the Gym, he should be able to set it right by proper pressure techniques. If the pain is persisting, best would be to consult an orthopedic surgeon. He will have to examine you and get an x-ray of the neck and if indicated CT Scan or MRI to exclude disk problem, cervical spondylosis etc. Wish you speedy recovery.

You have got sprain on the neck and muscles are in spasm.
take rest and avoid gym for few days.
Take analgesic with muscle relaxant like Dan MR.tab.
Apply Volini.
Do hot water foementation.
