How Can Nausea And Heaviness In The Head Be Treated?
on thursday i threw up om the morning and ginger ale and crackers did not work to kill the nauseau . and then someone gave me dramamine and i could not pick up my head as it felt very heavy . the dramamine made me feel worse. my head felt so heavy i could not lift it or get up.

Dramamine is a drug as you know, is used for motion sickness. If the episodes of nausea happen only when you travel, i would suggest taking hyoscine patches which could be applied before you start traveling.
If its not due to traveling then you might wanna see if you have any acid reflux which could be easily be prevented by having multiple small meals instead of a few heavy meals and a proton pump inhibitor such as omeprazole along with domperidone every day in the morning
