General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hello! Welcome to HealthcareMagic!
I understand your question. Long running nausea & vomiting could indicate-digestive problem with acid peptic disease, disturbed digestion. May be due to disturbed intestinal flora after attack of flu/medications given/worm infestation/liver problem. Let her take rest. Give her glucose water in sips/Tab. Ranitidin over the counter dose according to her age. In two divided dosage. Cold or room temperature milk with bland non-spicy food & fresh curd & clean water. In case there is no relief. She needs consultation of her doctor. Get her physically examined & investigated to find basic cause & needful specific treatment.
Hope that clarifies your concerns. Thank you for the query.
Take care
Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
