How Can Nausea, Back Pain, Dry Mouth And Indigestion Be Treated?

My husband, over 65, takes no medication, has good health. He has been very tired for the past week. Today he started complaining of bad nausea, middle of back hurts with a deep breath, dry mouth, and indigestion. Should I take him to emergency room or do I wait to go to his doctor in the morning? just ask him to take plenty of water. Tab pan 40mg 30min before breakfast along with dolo 650mg for pain might help .get an USG abdomen done. if pain in the back persists and if it also radiates to leg then a MRI spine is also helpful
