How Can Nausea Be Treated While On Ecotrin, Dipyridamole And Metoprolol?
My husband is experiencing nausea and is on several meds after a stroke this past January: Ecotrin (81 mg), Dipyrdiamole (75 mg) 4 times a day, Metoprolol (25 mg) once a day (with food), and Prevastatin (40 mg) at night. We have an appointment with his doctor next week, but can you suggest help for the nausea? He has been using Pepto-bismal and antiacids for relief.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
He may want to consider Dramamine to help with the nausea, it works really well for relief of nausea and vomiting. But it will make him drowsy unfortunately.
Hope I have answered your query.
