General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Medical conditions that cause loss of appetite are Anorexia nervosa, clinical depression, IBS, Crohn's disease, liver dysfunction, COPD, thyroid issues, metabolic problems, etc.

You are suggested to visit a GP, get physically examined. Get all the blood & Imaging tests done. Get assesses & treated at the earliest. In the meantime, take liver tonics, antacids, PPI's & enzymes to avoid indigestion. Take small amount of food 3-4 times a day. Avoid addictions if any. Avoid fried, junk food. Your treatment will depend upon the pathology detected.

Hope my answer was helpful. If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Take care.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
