Hi,

As per my clinical experience, the current presentation suggests no other alternative for pain relief as you have asthma and liver disorder together with neuropathic pain.

There are recent modalities of pain management with segmental nerve block, epidural anesthesia, laser pulse therapy to targeted organs are available which should be best discussed with interventional pain specialist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
