General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi,
Nocturnal emission is a natural process of expelling old sperms... starts at the time of puberty & early young age (when masturbation or sex is yet to starts). It is an indication of testosterone activity.
It does not cause weakness... please get yourself physically checked to find about the disorder causing weakness (get specifically treated for such disorder).
If not improve your diet, exercise &have a positive & tension free approach to life.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale,
General & Family Physician
