Hi,

Thanks for contacting with your health concern and after reviewing your history, there are two opinions:
1. Nocturnal emissions [wet dreams] is a perfectly physiological phenomenon, by which body relieves its sexual tensions. It is harmless and does not cause any weakness and you becoming thin and weak is wrongly attributed to it, the root cause is guilt complex, thus seek consultation with a Psychiatrist.

PS. don't drink excess water at night, let the bladder remain empty at night, take fresh fruits and vegetables, take a mild tranquilizer after consulting with your Doctor.

2. You need to consider one doctor at a time, since consulting many physicians and taking various types of medicines will only 'confuse' you, so it is best to take an opinion of a 'Urologist' since the problem is for coming time and again, thus it could be a sign of chronic infection in the reproductive tract. [ urogenital system].

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
