How Can Nontuberculous Mycobacteria Be Treated?

i am 31 years old female, with no kids, having endometriosis with chocolate cysts in right ovary 5 cm in size,2 in number...got them removed laparoscopically 10 days back....my surgical pathology report shows no evidence of endometritis or granuloma or atypia but non tuberculous mycobacteria is detected in endometrial sample which was sent for PCR....plz suggest further course of management and its cure rate.
