Why Am I Experiencing Abdominal Pain While Standing Up And Eating?
7 Weeks postpartum and experiencing abdominal pain. Right underneath the rib cage extending down to the pelvic. I was treated for endometritis after 3 Weeks postpartum and after finishing oral meds the pain returned and now I'm back on medication. Pain occurs when I have to stand up or even when I eat. What could it be?
I think that your condition may be related to endometritis which has high rate of recurrence , also there may be a super-added gastritis. As of now, when you are breastfeeding, start only with analgesics like paracetamol, antispasmodic drotaverine and have a course of pantoprazole for 10 days. If your symptoms don't reduce, an ultrasound examination of whole abdomen will be required.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
