How Can Nose Congestion Be Treated?

I feel like I ve got some thing stuck up the back I ve my nose , I ve had it befor when I ve been congested, and it s like a big ball of phlegm get stuck , just getting bigger over a week and then it comes away , but this time it isn t coming away , I ve sniffed water , took decongestants, to no joy , any suggestions

You may have excess nasal mucus build up because of rhinitis like nasal inflammation. You can be prescribed Oxymetazoline like group of nasal sprays for symptomatic improvement. I suggest you to consult otorhinolaryngologist for rhinoscopy nose examination. Steam inhalation helpful to loosen mucus.
