Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your problem is Turbinal hypertrophy due to chronic inflammation because of allergy.

You already have undergone the operation for septal deviation and, now you have to find out the exact cause of allergy.

It can be done in two ways:

First, consult an allergy specialist who will do skin allergic testing for some known allergens, which are commonly associated with allergy.

Secondly, you should try to identify which material or things are causing or aggravating your nasal problem.

These things could be anything like pollen, dust, particular fruits or vegetables, chemical-like soap or detergents etcetera. So, it is possible only by your active involvement.

If you will not able to find out allergen than medicinal or surgical treatment will give you only temporary benefits. Along with antihistamines take Montelukast tablets also as per pulmonologist's advice.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Hiren Hirpara
