How Can Numbness And Pain In The Hands Be Treated?

My son was incarcerated in Mississippi and had to fight many times. when he left there he had 2 broken hands and one broken foot. He did not get medical attention. Now his hands all asleep several times aday and at night they hurt in the morning he can barley open them. Will this cause a more seriouse problem?

X ray of affected hand helpful to rule out bony facture or damage..
Consult a orthopaedic doctors for further diagnosis and treatment plan.
Mention any swelling present or not. and colour of skin over it....
Final diagnosis can occurs after clinical examination and investigation.
Treat underling cause.
