How Can Numbness In The Feet And Hands Be Treated?
I have poor circulation, a hereditary condition, so I have been taking Cayenne Pepper pills and it helps with the numbness of my feet and hands but lately it has been colder than usual in Florida and my hands and feet are getting really numbed to the point I don t feel anything. Should I be concerned? should I contact a doctor? are there any home remedies?
Yes, you should definitely consult the doctor for this. The most common cause of numbness is diabetes. So first get done blood sugar level and HbA1C. Another common cause is vitamin B12 deficiency. So also get done vitamin B12 level and if deficiency then you will need supplements.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regard, Dr. Kaushal Bhavsar
