How Can Numbness In The Leg Due To Spinal Cord Injury Be Treated?
Hi can please have your advice: i was stabbed at the, on the spinal cord and the stabbing affected my legs, my left leg does not have a feeling then my right leg has a feeling but is numb(i cannot control my right leg as i used to) what can i use to treat such discomfort and will i ever get the feeling and function of the legs again?
I think it is necessary for a detailed evaluation of the situation and an MRI. The fact that you have still feelings and can do movement is a good sign that you will possibly regain full movement and feelings. You need physiotherapy.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
