How Can Ocular Migraines Be Treated?

I have been having optical headaches over the last month. When I thought I was having a optical migraine a year ago, it turned out to be a retina tear which was operated with great outcome. I returned to my capable eye doc as with any such symptom they wanted to know asap. Eyes are fine. Strange lights have been appearing. Tylenol seems to help.
