Total WBC - 11800 /cu mm Differential count; Polymorph:. 76% Lymphocytes : 20% Eosinophils. :. 02% Monocytes. :. 02% Basophil. :. 00% Problem: blurry on skin, itching strongly, gaining weight Presently I used to have BZON FORTE & DIO 1 tablets which read me for 24 hrs but after 24 hrs I need these tablets Kindly help

Your polymorphs count elevated that suggest towards inflammation or infection in the body.
Your itching suggests some form of allergic inflammation. For that, I suggest you take Levocetirizine OD for five days.
You can repeat your CBC after completion of antihistaminic medication course.
