How Can One Identify A Completely Normal Transabdominal And Transvaginal Ultrasound When Getting Treated For Lupus And Epilepsy?

Hello my name is Everlene I am 28 5 2 137lbs with lupus and epilepsy. what does this mean? TECHNIQUE: US PELVIS COMPLETE W TRANSVAGINAL. Transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasound of the pelvis was performed. FINDINGS: Image quality: Satisfactory Transabdominal ultrasound of the pelvis demonstrates the uterus to be normal in size and location. The uterus is anteverted and measures 7.4 x 4.2 x 4.4 cm. The endometrial stripe measures 0.6 cm in thickness. The right ovary is normal in location and size with preserved sonographic appearance. The right ovary measures 2.3 x 2.9 x 1.2 cm. The left ovary is normal in location and size with preserved sonographic appearance. The left ovary measures 3.9 x 2.0 x 2.1 cm. The urinary bladder appears normal. Transvaginal ultrasound of the pelvis demonstrates the endometrial stripe to be within normal limits. The endometrial stripe measures 0.3 cm in thickness. Multiple physiologic follicles are seen within the bilateral ovaries. No adnexal cystic lesions identified. Preserved blood flow to the bilateral ovaries on Doppler imaging. No mass or free fluid demonstrated within the pelvis. IMPRESSION: Normal sonographic appearance of the uterus and ovaries. Specifically, no adnexal cystic lesions identified.
