How Can One Lose Weight?
I AM 76 YRS OLD AND OVERWEIGHT BY 55 LBS. I WANT TO GET A START LOSING MY DANGEROUS, DISABLING FAT WITH A APPETITE DEPRESSER OR SURGERY. I TAKE BP PILLS, EFFEXOR, JANUVIA. GABAPENTIN, SYNTHROID. CAN I SAFELY TAKE PILLS TO GET THIS FAT OFF? WHAT DO YOU SUGGEST TO HELP ME SUCCEED THIS TIME? I KNOW HOW, I KNOW WHY, IVE DONE IT BEFORE THANK YOU, ELANE BURNETT

Hello,welcome to HCM. I read your query and understand your concern. There is not a magic pill to make you lose weight. I would advice,
1. Increase daily activities , walking, steady bike etc
2. Dont consume processed carbohydrates and complex fats.
3. increase water intake
4. Drink green tea and not any other sugar drinks
