Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hello,

Your diagnosis is Hashimoto thyroiditis.
It is a chronic disease that cannot be cured but is treated with levothyroxine.
There is no treatment to lower the antibodies and you do to need further examinations.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mirjeta Guni, Endocrinologist
